Sansonnet is the brand name for wallpapers belonging to the company Eveil Intérieur Sàrl, Avenue de Belmont 32, 1820 Montreux in Switzerland CHE-180.124.690.
It is with Eveil Intérieur Sàrl that the buyer formally concludes his purchase via the sansonnet.ch website.
2. Acceptance of the general terms and conditions
By validating his/her order, the buyer tacitly accepts the present general conditions without any reservation.
These may be modified at any time by Eveil Intérieur Sàrl.
The provisions in force at the date and time when the buyer validates his order on the site sansonnet.ch will apply.
3. Selling restrictions
There are no particular sales restrictions on the sansonnet.ch website. However, by validating their order, customers certify that they have full legal capacity and are aged 18 or over.
4. Prices, taxes and shipping costs
The prices displayed on the sansonnet.ch website are in Swiss francs and include Swiss VAT of 8.1% as well as the costs of processing the order. For all orders outside Switzerland, customs duties, taxes or VAT may be added, depending on the country of destination, and are to be paid exclusively by the customer. Prices do not include delivery. Shipping costs are invoiced according to the scale shown in point 8. Eveil Intérieur Sàrl reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, however, for a given transaction, the price shown on the sansonnet.ch site at the time of the order is the only applicable price.
5. Product information
The information relating to the products presented on the sansonnet.ch website is meticulously kept up to date in order to ensure, barring errors or omissions, the greatest possible reliability. The same applies to the photographs of the illustrations presented. These images, which are non-contractual, cannot however guarantee a perfect resemblance with the product, particularly with regard to the appearance, colour and level of brilliance, which are likely to undergo normal variations from one screen to another. Eveil Intérieur Sàrl accepts no liability in relation to the information and images displayed. We strongly recommend that you order samples to ensure that the product meets your expectations.
6. Product availability
The quantities available of each product displayed on the sansonnet.ch website are purely indicative, as several buyer transactions may be taking place at the same time, and stocks may run out before the quantities displayed are updated. In the event of partial or total unavailability of one or more products, an alternative proposal may be made to the buyer or the order may be modified accordingly.
7. Payment and order confirmation
Prior payment for the order must be guaranteed before the order is executed. Two (2) methods of payment are available:
- By credit card/twint via the Stripe system provided during the ordering process on the sansonnet.ch website. This secure system uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol to encrypt data in accordance with the highest standards in use (128 bits).
- By bank prepayment as indicated below:

Amounts paid that may be refunded by sansonnet.ch will be credited by the same means of payment used by the buyer. Charges may also be deducted for orders with prepayment that are not fulfilled when the order is placed; also, the availability of the items in the order cannot be guaranteed if the payment has not been fulfilled.
8. Delivery conditions in Switzerland
Deliveries are made to the address – complete and accurate – indicated when the order was placed. Delivery charges are as follows for the whole of Switzerland: free in Switzerland for orders up to Max 30kg (including packaging) above 30kg a personalised transport offer will be proposed to the customer. Delivery costs outside of Switzerland: billed at 15.00 CHF/roll and free of charge for orders over 980.00 CHF, for orders up to Max 30kg (including packaging) over 30kg a personalised transport offer will be made to the customer. Eveil Intérieur Sàrl undertakes to provide quality packaging for the transport of goods. Eveil Intérieur Sàrl declines all responsibility for any damage that may occur during delivery. The risks inherent in transport are the responsibility of the carrier once the products have left the premises of Eveil Intérieur Sàrl. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to assert his rights with the carrier in case of damage upon delivery as soon as possible. Delivery is made directly by post to the address indicated by the purchaser at the time of ordering. Delivery times are given for information only and have no contractual value. 9. Warranty, claims and returns
Obvious defects and faults, including delivery errors, must be reported to us immediately, but at the latest within 5 (five) working days of receipt of the delivery. We must be notified immediately of hidden defects and faults and of defects and faults that become apparent at a later date, but at the latest within 5 (five) days of their discovery. Any complaint must be made by e-mail to the following address: info@sansonnet.ch. It is up to Eveil Intérieur Sàrl to decide whether we prefer to eliminate the defects free of charge or to send you a replacement product of the same value when the defect is proven and leads to an objective reduction in the value of the goods. If it is not possible for us to rectify the defects or provide a replacement within a reasonable period of time. We are entitled to cancel your purchase with a refund of the price paid, or to reduce the price accordingly (reduction). The goods must be kept at our disposal. This clause does not cover damage caused by poor maintenance, failure to follow the instructions for use or in any other way attributable to the purchaser. If you are not fully satisfied with the items you have ordered, you may of course return them, in new and unused condition, in the original packaging, within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the goods. You are responsible for returning the goods. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. In the event of a return, you may either :
– swap articles;
– obtain a refund of the value of the goods ;
– obtain a credit voucher from sansonnet.ch for the price of the returned goods.
Any exchange or return of an item made to measure at the buyer’s request is excluded; rights arising from defects as defined below are reserved. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Packages sent carriage forward will not be accepted. All risks and costs associated with the return of the product(s) will be borne entirely by the purchaser.
10. Special guarantees for online sales
Eveil Intérieur Sàrl, undertakes to do its utmost to ensure the permanence, continuity and quality of the services it offers and as such subscribes to an obligation of means. In the online sales process, Eveil Intérieur Sàrl cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from the use of the Internet such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, service interruption or other involuntary problems.
11. Data protection
The company Eveil Intérieur Sàrl and the partner creator/operator of the site ERGOPIX adopt the legal provisions in force relating to information technology, data protection and privacy. They undertake not to pass on to third parties any information collected about their customers or to divulge their contact details without authorisation. Customers of the sansonnet.ch website have the right to access their data at any time and to rectify any information concerning them.
All orders placed and validated by a customer are available in read-only mode for a maximum of 5 years.
